Customer Approval Disclaimer

By placing an order with Uptima Designs, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed and approved all personalization details, including spelling, wording, layout, and design.

  • Personalized items are created exactly as submitted at the time of purchase.

  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, as custom production may begin immediately.

  • Uptima Designs is not responsible for customer-provided errors in personalization details.

Return & Refund Policy

At Uptima Designs, we specialize in custom laser-engraved and personalized products made specifically for you. Because of the nature of custom work, please review the policy below before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Items

All personalized or custom-engraved items are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • There is an engraving or production error made by us

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Spelling, wording, or design errors submitted by the customer

  • Requests to change or cancel an order after production has begun

  • Normal wear and tear

Non-Personalized Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jason@uptimadesigns.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take several business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
